Personal History: David is a scientist at Cleaver Solutions. He has been the sole caregiver of his kid sister, Elizabeth “Betty” Stevenson since their parents had abandoned them.
Life was fairly routine for him, other than being known as a bit of a joker, work went well. He played cards every Thursday night with coworkers, spent time with his sister, fairly routine.
Then his sister got knocked into oncoming traffic. He rushed out to save her. Moments before a delivery truck would have hit him, his body transformed into a hulking brute. In the chaos of the crash no one noticed who he was.
Now he has been seen in his Neanderthal form (called Brute) helping people.
Psych Profile: David is a bit of a joker, but truly cares about others. As Brute he is a simpleton.
Quote: Brute rocket scientist!
Abilities: David is able to transform into a super-strong neanderthal, while transformed he regresses to the mind of a small child.
Appearance: David is a tall, skinny man. When he transforms he gains considerable muscle mass, his hair line recedes, basically looking like a Neanderthal
Not in File: David does not actually loose any intelligence in the transformation, it is just a combination of a big joke and a way of making others underestimate him.
Design Notes: This is a rebuilt version of one of my first characters. I had the gaming group going for about two months before they realized that I retained my INT in brute form (Had to stop a rocket with a mind control Satellite). The quote was actually spoken at the table right after I revealed my INT....
