Personal History:  The individual known as The Bandit has recently been attached to a number of impressive robberies in the South Cliffs area of the city.  What is known about her is extremely limited at this time.  There have also been sightings of her in the poorer parts of the city, however no crimes have been associated with her in these locations.  

She seems to prefer to steal from high security locations, taking highly valuable items that are easily sold (jewelry, cash, small electronics).

Psych Profile: Based on psychological profiles only, she seems to be a thrill seeker.  She has exhibited a great protectiveness of others, to the point of saving the lives of the victims of her thefts.  

Quote: Of course, that's where the money is.

Abilities: Bandit is a skilled acrobat and thief.  She has shown an aptitude for using equipment of all kinds.  In the few reports of combat, she has used a combination of street fighting and boxing.

Appearance: Bandit is a woman of mixed African and Hispanic origins in her early twenties.  She stands approximately 5'8”.  Her costume is a two tone black and gray leotard with a leather jacket.  She wears a mask to conceal her identity.
 
Not in File: Emily Rodriguez is not as much of a thrill seeker as she seems, rather she is a social activist.  The money from her crimes is given to various charities that help the downtrodden.  

Emily became The Bandit because she could not handle the corruption that would leave hard working people starving while the rich did nothing for their money.

Designer Note: Bandit's Copy Cat power represents her stealing devices.  She needs to have taken the focus to "copycat" it.  As long as she has the item she can use the power but looses it immediately if the device is lost.
