BACKGROUND: Growing up Kevin never stayed in the same place for long, life of a military brat. The only constant in his life was studying. His favorite location was when his father worked as the military liaison officer for Lightbringer Industries in San Corona, CA.
At nineteen he graduated from a top engineering school. He moved back to San Corona to take a job at Lightbringer. The chance to work in a world leading company, designing cutting edge technology and to be close to his father was to much for him not to accept the offer.
His first assignment was a dream for him, to create a new type of flying ambulance for combat zones. An Armored, stealth capable, maneuverable, hovering vehicle designed to go into dangerous areas and bring the injured out safely. While the military applications were obvious, his designs were only for a defensive craft. As the XDF-1 was nearing completion however, Kevin discovered that there were plans to turn it into assault craft. He was outraged, he decided to do something about it.
First he copied all of the plans, then introduced a virus to the Lightbringer computers deleting the majority of the plans. Finally he stole the prototype. He also ensured it looked like industrial espionage.
Realizing that he needed to create a target to blame for the theft, he created the identity of Dragonfly. Now Lightbringer security, lead by his own father, looks for him as the Dragonfly.
Personality: Kevin is a curious hard working young man, happiest when he is working on a project. As Dragonfly he tries to seem lighthearted and witty, but this is more of a facade to prevent people from connecting his identities.

Powers/Tactics: The Dragonfly is a decent melee combatant, favoring quick attacks. He is also a highly skilled acrobat, technician and pilot.
The XDF-1, or Dragonfly Ship, is a stealth capable, hovercraft capable of going 1.5 times the speed of sound. It is not as armored as an attack craft, but able to resist most small arms and highly maneuverable. It is also able to be used as a submersible craft.
Appearance: Kevin is a man in his early twenties, with blond hair and blue eyes standing 6'2 at about 225 lbs. As Dragonfly he wears a crimson body suit with obvious armor. On his back are gossamer gliding wings.
Not in File: Kevin is a low powered cyberpath. His powers tend to manifest by being good with technology, both designing and using it.
Design Notes: The Dragonfly ship uses the “Requires Power” limitation, this limitation represents that damaging the engines will effect the ship's ability to use the power. While there is no power supply, assume that the Power supply is an IIF.
